In the very fast-paced world we live in, we understand the need for you, our parents and carers to have the flexibility to make payments outside of school hours and furthermore, the ability to receive and respond to communication at a time that best suits your needs.
As a result, we are excited to announce our school will be transitioning to an electronic excursion management system, streamlining the excursion process.
Changes you can expect:
- Excursion permission notes will be sent directly to parents and carers via email with a link.
- Selecting the link will open the online permission note.
- Emails will be sent to you from noreply@mail.schoolbytes.education.
- The online form will have information about the activity with a section for a digital signature (either with a mouse or your finger) prior to submitting
- Once consent is provided, a Make a Payment button will then allow you to pay securely, quickly and easily via credit or debit card after granting permission (Visa and Mastercard only).
If you have set up your parent Portal, you will then be able to view this information.
If you have not set up your portal, please follow the instructions below:
- Access the parent portal link to register, here.
- Select ‘Create a New Account’
- Enter the details as they appear on your child’s profile at school, including the email address
- Create and confirm a password
- Select ‘Create Account’
- An email will be sent to the nominated email address for you to verify your access
Once you have created your account, you can log into the School Bytes Parent Portal and link your account to your child. When linking a student, the system automatically matches the data you provided with details stored on the student’s school profile.
