Thank you for considering SJPHS for your child's education. For over 40 years, we have aspired to develop the talents and capabilities of all students to equip them socially, emotionally and academically to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
We encourage you to enrol your child as soon as possible. Entry is not academically selective. We recommend that you contact our school office if you have any concerns.
Once a completed application for enrolment form has been received, your child depending on the year group, will be placed on a waiting list.
One of the best ways to confirm your choice is to come and see the school in action. When you join one of our scheduled tours, you will have the opportunity to see the school facilities and talk with students and teachers. Book a tour here.
SJPHS is a welcoming and friendly place. We take care to ensure that your child is familiar with the school and has met with other students by inviting them to Orientation Day.
Entry into Year 7 is managed through your child’s primary school. Please contact your Primary school for the Expression of Interest form – Placement into Year 7, in a NSW Government school.
Our Orientation Day, held in Term 4 each year, is a good way to meet the other incoming year 7 students, meet the teachers and get to know our school.
For more information on enrolling in NSW public schools visit the NSW Department of Education - Going to a public
school website found at this link.
Year 7 students from Catholic or Independent schools are welcome to contact the office and request an Expression of Interest form. Our contact details can be found at this link.
An application pack can be collected from the front office. All new enrolments are interviewed and places are offered based on subject availability.
To interview, students should bring the following:
address
Mimosa Road
