Preparing today's students for tomorrow's world.

Students require a high level of digital literacy in order to thrive and work in the world. Seamless and purposeful integration of technology into future-focused learning and teaching can provide opportunities for students to think independently and develop skills that will enable them to flourish in a world driven by technology.

Through the effective integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) across the curriculum, students learn to collaborate, globally connect, construct, apply knowledge and seek timely feedback to reflect on learning.

Our facilities

Seven Technology learning spaces including:

Music rehearsal studio
Engineering lab with industry standard software and 3D printer
Digital Media and Photography lab
Three Digital Learning Centres in the Library equipped with desktops, laptops and ipads
Two Live Video Conferencing spaces with equipment for virtual excursions and conferences
Multi Purpose Centre with WiFi capacity
Data projectors and/or interactive whiteboards in all classrooms.

Access to wireless technology

We provide a secure school-wide wireless network through which students can access the internet and the school’s network. Our students are able to use their NSW Department of Education email address and log-on for secure browsing via network or wireless computers.

All computers are networked and every classroom is connected to wireless technology allowing students and staff to use devices across the school. More information about our Bring Your Own Device policy.

Digital Communication to Parents

St Johns Park High School uses hard copy letters, email, SMS, social media platforms and an app to communicate with parents and the community. More information about our Free School App - School Stream. In addition, parents are able to log on to SENTRAL (our online database) to obtain information about their child’s report and attendance.
