Catching public transport

St Johns Park High School is located in the heart of South Western Sydney and has ready access to bus and train links. Canley Vale and Cabramatta train stations are a short bus trip away from the school. The Parramatta to Liverpool T-Way is a short walk way from our school.

The NSW Department of Transport determines the guidelines for the free school travel program for NSW students. Application for Government Bus and Train or Private Bus passes for travel to and from St Johns Park High School are available. Eligible students are issued new passes at the beginning of each year, allowing one route for free travel between home and school. Students must get on and off the bus or train stations stipulated on the pass.

The School Student Transport Scheme provides eligible students with free or subsidised travel on public transport between home and school.

The School Drive Subsidy may assist towards the costs of driving students to school if you live in an area where there is no public transport.

Driving and parking

Visitors are welcome to park on Mimosa Road and visit our school via the front gate.

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools. When driving and parking near our school, please:

• Ensure you park safely in school zones
• Follow speed signs
• Do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school
