Jersey Day 2022

Our students and staff participated in the Donate Life Jersey Day 2022 and were encouraged to wear their favourite sporting jersey to school and make a gold coin donation.  All funds raised will be donated to the Make A Wish foundation, who grant lifechanging wishes for children with critical illnesses.

Jersey Day is inspired by the gift of life that Nathan Gremmo gave to six people when he became an organ donor at just 13 years of age. It aims to raise awareness about the importance of becoming an organ donor. Currently there are approximately 1,750 Australians on the waitlist for an organ transplant, with 36% of Australians being registered donors.
